Time tracking is very subjective in nature. Some users only need to capture hours logged against a project. Other users require notes to be associated with every time entry. Each company and individual has its own requirements. Here at HARVEST, we are interested in providing tracking methods that work for you while keeping the other methods that you don’t care about out of your way. As we continue to develop other entry methods, we are paying close attention to making these different methods work in concert with one another while preserving their ability to operate independently.
One small example of this can be found in our current time entry screen. Users can enter their time in either decimal format or HH:MM format. This means users can enter either 2.5 or 2:30 to represent two hours and thirty minutes. Just use the format that is more logical for you and let HARVEST take care of the rest.
